Double Easter meal for me today!! I and Luca prepared the Italian Easter lunch:Abbacchio (lamb) e patate al forno,
carciofi e zucchini alla Romana,
Torta Pasqualina!

As soon as I finished the lunch I was invited to the American Easter dinner! The J&J company (I know it's like the initials of McD, but it means Julie and Jonathan chefs!!) cooked for us an impressive dinner!
Spinach ranch dip,
Turkey with gravy and lingonberries
Carrots and turnips,
Mashed potatoes,
Stuffing,
Apple pie with ice-cream!
Delicious... And there was no cucumber... incredible!!!

My dear I think you made a TERRIBLE mistake in your post. After 3 months of living with me you should know it was a NORTH American dinner you went to for easter. Jeesh.
